How FeedLog handles your information — in plain language.
FeedLog (also presented as "Nursing Tracker", the "app", "we", or "us") is a mobile app that helps parents log breastfeeding, bottle feeding and pumping sessions, review feeding history and statistics, and manage one or more baby profiles. This Privacy Policy explains what the app does and does not do with information on your device. FeedLog is published by Dowble.
FeedLog stores the following information locally on your device only. None of it is transmitted to us or to any third party.
Details of the feeds you record — feed type (breast, bottle, expressed milk, formula), side (left/right/both), start and end times, durations, milk amounts, and any notes you add. Timed sessions may be temporarily saved so a feed in progress can be restored if the app is closed and reopened.
Information you choose to enter for each baby — such as name, birthday, gender (optional), birth and current weight, a colour theme, and an optional profile photo. If you add a photo, you select it from your device (gallery or camera) and a copy is kept in the app's private storage. This information is used only to organise and label your feeding records and never leaves the device.
Your settings — such as theme, time format (12/24-hour), units (metric/imperial), and reminder preferences — are stored locally on the device.
FeedLog does not access your contacts, call logs, location, microphone, or accounts, and it does not create any online account.

FeedLog makes no network requests as part of its features — your feeding data is never uploaded to a server.
Information you enter is used solely to provide the app's features: recording feeds, timing sessions, showing your daily overview, history, calendar and statistics, generating on-device insights (for example, your typical feeding time), managing baby profiles, and delivering the reminders you turn on. We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the features you see in the app.

FeedLog lets you export your data as a JSON or CSV file so you can keep your own backup. Exporting is always initiated by you: the file is created on your device and passed to your system share sheet, where you decide whether to save it locally or send it somewhere (for example, to your own cloud drive or email). Once a file leaves the app through the share sheet, it is handled by the destination you choose and governed by that service's terms. You can also import a JSON backup you previously created; the app reads only the file you select.

All processing happens on-device and app data is kept in the operating system's private per-app storage, which other apps cannot read. Because nothing is uploaded, there is no server-side database that could be breached. You remain in control through your device's permission system at all times.
FeedLog is a tool for parents and caregivers and is intended for use by adults. It is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Any details about a baby are entered by the parent or caregiver and are stored only on the device; they are never collected by us or shared online.
FeedLog does not integrate advertising networks, analytics SDKs, or social login providers, and it does not embed any third-party trackers.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under privacy laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. Since FeedLog does not collect or hold any of your personal data on our side, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export, or delete on your behalf — full control rests with you on your device.
We may update this Privacy Policy if the app's features change. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date above and publish the updated policy at this address. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
